How We Obtain Consent

True Glow Cleaning LLC ("True Glow," "we," "us") sends text messages only to clients and prospective clients who have voluntarily provided their phone number and consented to receive SMS communications. Consent is obtained in the following ways:

Inbound text messages: When you text us directly to request a quote, schedule a cleaning, or ask a question, your message serves as consent to receive replies and follow-up messages related to your inquiry and service.
Client onboarding: When you become a True Glow client and provide your phone number for scheduling and service communications, you are consenting to receive text messages related to your cleaning appointments.
In-person or referral conversations: When you share your phone number with a True Glow representative during a consultation, walkthrough, or referral introduction, we will inform you that by sharing your number, you are consenting to receive SMS messages from True Glow Cleaning. The verbal disclosure is as follows:

What Messages You Will Receive

Text messages from True Glow are related to your cleaning service and may include:

Day-before appointment confirmations
Payment links after your cleaning
Scheduling changes or updates
Review requests after service

We do not send marketing blasts, promotional offers, or messages unrelated to your cleaning service.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your cleaning schedule. Most clients receive 2 to 4 messages per cleaning appointment. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
